Sustain Sewanee recently announced the winners of the 2013 fall Photo Contest.
The Contest began in early November and over 300 submissions were received by the December 4th deadline. These photographs were judged by a panel of professors and staff who selected the top five winners and three runners up.

The runners-up were Daniel Fortner, Rene Worley, and Meg Armistead.
In order to celebrate the closing of the contest and showcase the winners, a reception was held in the Spencer Hall's Harris Commons. An assortment of homemade sweets, candies and a hot chocolate bar drew folks in to congregate and appreciate the winning photographs. In the spirit of sustainability, coffee mugs were provided for students to make hot chocolate, coffee, and tea.
Sustain Sewanee would like to extend their thanks to the many participants, to the judges, and to those who took time to appreciate the work of their peers and share in the festivities. We look forward to seeing next year’s submissions--they are sure to be equally as phenomenal.
