ENTRIES RECEIVED FROM: Anderson College, Univ of Alabama-Huntsville, Augusta State, Bethel, Bevill State, Birmingham Southern, Centre, Clayton State, Emory, Fisk, Mississippi College, Sewanee
TRACK: The track is a four lane, 160 meter, synthetic surface with 36" lanes on the oval and a 63’ radius. Six 36" lanes are available for the 55 meter dash and five 42" lanes for the 55 meter hurdles. Long Jump and Pole Vault approach runways are also synthetic. The High Jump and Shot Put will be contested on a smooth rubber surface (spikes will not be allowed on this surface).
SPIKES: Athletes may use 1/8 or 1/4 inch pyramid spikes only. Pin spikes will not be allowed. If an athlete is found using pin spikes or spikes longer than 1/4 inch, he/she will be disqualified from the meet. No spikes will be allowed on the smooth surface inside the track oval. This surface will be used as the High Jump approach; thus, athletes competing in the High Jump will not be allowed to use spikes in their shoes.

• Late entries and phone entries will not be accepted.
• An entry list will be posted at this site after entries have been downloaded from Direct Athletics.
SCRATCHES:
Please email scratches to jheitzen@sewanee.edu by Thursday before the meet.
ENTRY FEE: The entry fee will be $20 per athlete with a maximum of $100 per team
($200 total for men's and women's teams). Make checks payable to The University of the South. Entry fees are not refundable.
HEAT SHEETS: Heats and lanes will be drawn after the entries are received. Copies of the final heat and lane assignments will be available Saturday morning before the meet.
TIMING: Fully automatic timing system - Pyro Bright Video Timing System
RULES: The meet will be conducted under NCAA rules.
SCORING: Points will be given in each event for 1st through 6th place using the following scale: 10-8-6-4-2-1.
STARTING HEIGHTS: High Jump: Women - 1.32m(4’ 4”), Men - 1.68m(5’ 6”)
Pole Vault: Women - 2.14m(7’ 1/4”), Men - 3.05m(10’)
LOCKER ROOMS: Locker rooms and showers are available in the Fowler Center. Please bring your own towels. The University of the South is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
TRAINERS: Trainers and training facilities will be available in the Fowler Center. Please bring your own supplies if possible.
FOOD: The dining halls are available for team or individual meals. Please call Aramark Food Service at 931/598-1120 to make arrangements for team meals.
HOTELS: A list of hotels in the area can be found using the link listed above.
MEET PACKETS: Meet packets may be picked up Saturday morning at the scorer’s table in the center of the indoor track.
WEIGH IN: All shots must be weighed in at the scorer's table between 8:00 -10:00 a.m..
LONG JUMP/TRIPLE JUMP: The Fowler Center indoor track and field facility has only one long jump/triple jump pit. Therefore, the long jump and triplle jump will be contested with only four jumps per competitor and no finals.
