John Sullivan '97

John Sullivan ‘97 is the southern editor of The Paris Review, a contributing writer to The New York Times Magazine, and contributing editor of Harper's Magazine.

Sullivan is also a frequent faculty participant in the Sewanee School of Letters, he has publised two books: Blood Horses:  Notes of a Sportswriters Son (Farrar, Straus, and Giroux, 2004) and Pulphead(forthcoming, October 2011).  His essay, "Mister Lytle," published in The Paris Review  this past fall won the Pushcart Prize.
