Bryce Perry '00
Bryce Perry ‘00 has worked in Brazil in the field of sustainable technology for the agricultural, environment and energy sectors; seeking to bring substantial economic and environmental returns to a range of customers. Prior to Brazil, he ran the International Rescue Committee’s humanitarian and post-conflict interventions in the war-ravaged North Kivu Province of the Democratic Republic of Congo, overseeing a multi-million dollar programming portfolio funded by a variety of donors and covering programming areas that included Health, Education / Child Protection, Community Driven Reconstruction and Women’s Protection and Empowerment.
Before returning to the humanitarian / post-conflict sector, Bryce spent six years in financial services sector most recently with Wells Fargo’s Wealth Management Group in their strategy group, focused on client profitability initiatives and corporate development. Prior to that he worked in finance at JP Morgan in New York, primarily dealing with risk mitigation of merger integration issues as well as working for BearingPoint in their financial services consulting team. Bryce’s first job after college was as a United Nations Volunteer in East Timor for a year and a half following their independence in 1999, working on civil registration, civic education and elections. A native of Western North Carolina, Bryce has lived, studied and worked on 5 continents, speaks 4 languages and holds an MSc in Development Management from the London School of Economics and a BA in English from Sewanee: The University of the South.
